Items delivered wrong place, no way talk human at eBay & most cases not delivery company. Just messa
I prefer eBay over Amazon. Anything from eBay that comes by USPS is great. When a seller uses other shipping methods especially fed ex stuff gets left other houses almost every time.
Then I have wait 7-10 business days to let seller resolve. Seller says tracking shows was delivered. Yes was delivered somewhere else.
My one neighbor was in Flordia for winter. Seller response was go around asking neighbors. On more than one occasion.
I very rarely buy from eBay anymore. I’d like to. No way contact eBay and explain. Only messages , none are option of real issue.
My address is clearly marked and very easy to see numbers.
All eBay says is put in request and wait. I have eBay grantee. If seller sends item again more then likely goes to wrong place again. Seller again will say tracking shows was delivered.
I have several security cameras. Easy see didn’t come. I’ll be working in ny yard or garden when they say they come.
eBay & seller really can’t be at blame for delivery driver. But eBay needs do something at least for turn around time.
One late afternoon I saw fed ex driver go into local restaurant. Close to my place and couple hours after tracking showed delivered. I went in and paid for his mail. Brought up info showing delivered. Then brought up my security cameras and explained it s not delivered to my place.
Long story short a few minutes after I got home he brought my package.
There is many other people in area with same problem

Mentor5 months agoTake the tracking number down to the carrier and have them check their GPS system to see exactly where the package was delivered. If not to your address, they should attempt to retrieve the package.
