Items delivered to an incorrect address, but it's the one eBay provided!
A buyer has opened an "item not received" case since the item he purchased was delivered to an incorrect address. However, the address is the one that eBay provided me on the buyer's account when I shipped the item. Since I can't talk to a live person on eBay, what recourse do I have?
