I sold the purse on Ebay, customer paid and received the item but post office shows as not delivered how can I contact Ebay to get my funds?

Buyers have up to 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Ebay shows you may be considered an infrequent Seller. So they may hold your funds for approximately 30 days after tracking shows delivered.
You can check your Seller Hub to see when they might be released.

Mentor3 weeks agoeBay relies on tracking only to release funds. After 30 days eBay will release the fund even without tracking showing delivery.
