Items damaged in USPS Mail
Are there any seller protections for items that were packaged well, but still damaged, accusing to the buyer, in the mail?

Mentor8 months agoAsk the buyer for photos of the outer box, the shipping label, the inside packaging, the damaged item. If you don't want the item back, you can refund the buyer and advise him/her to set all of that aside in case the carrier wants to inspect it. Then you log into the carrier's site and file an insurance claim, uploading all of the photos from the buyer. If you want the item back, you will send a prepaid shipping label for the item';s return. You do not file an insurance claim.
