Items Bought But Not Received Fed Ex Shows Delivered
the issue I'm stuggling with is I cant seem to reach a live Ebay Customer Service person and the issue is that bought several items from Ebay seller
some I got no problem, but todays deliver signed via FedEx had one item bought, but not 3 others. the Ebay seller indicated that 3 items from Ebay live auction would be included but that was not the case.
Now Ebay shows a record that I received that items. Need HELP
