Items being delivered but still showing as shipped only

I have multiple items that have been delivered to the customer. They are still showing as shipped only not delivered on my sellers page. eg I can't get paid because they say they haven't been delivered. Any information or suggestions please?

Go to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking number to ebay.
