Items Awaiting Shipment will not clear
The Items Awaiting Shipment screen will not clear even though I have entered tracking info AND marked the items as shipped MANY TIMES. After 30 minutes circulating around their "Contact Customer Service" menus, I could find no way to contact them regarding the issue. This is a website (or technical) issue.
The problem with items not clearing has been ongoing for several days... to the point where I'm getting red-flagged for not shipping on-time!!

Mentor3 years agoI've been selling on ebay for over 20 years, and have never run across this problem. I suggest you post the problem on this discussion board:
