Items arrived damaged
I shipped some glasses to a customer. The first set arrived no problem, the second set was damaged. Is there a way to file a claim for the damage with ebay.

Mentor6 months agoUnless you were using the eBay International Shipping program you would need to file a claim with the shipping carrier you used. You will need photos of the broken items and the packaging to file the claim. The buyer will need to keep the items and the packaging for the carrier to inspect. Most damage claims are not paid unless the packaging shows major damage.
