items arrived broken/damaged

Question

I received my four piece serving set yesterday. One of the bowls was broken and completely unusable. Another bowl was chipped. I am not able to use the serving set as is. Please remedy the situation. Thank you.

This is a public forum supported by experienced Buyers and Sellers so we don't "remedy" things here. What we do is give you advice on how to remedy the transaction:

-You are covered by the eBay MBG: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

-Go to the item in your purchase history and file a return claim using the reason it arrived damaged. If the Seller has to accept the return request they only have so long to do that. if they don;t you go back to the request and ask eBay to step in. If the return is accepted eBay will send you a prepaid shipping label and you return everything to the Seller ... they will have 2 days to refund you once they get the items back. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in. Once eBay steps in they will force the refund for you.

Your seller isn't here. You need to go to your purchase history. Click on return the item. choose damaged in shipping (or however it is worded). The seller will have 3 business days to either refund you or send you a return label. If not, return to the case on the 4th day and ask eBay to step in. The system is automated, so no need to contact the seller or eBay. If you have any further questions, please come back and ask your question here. @karfree_45
