itemnot received per buyer tracking number states it was
Buyer open a case due to non delivery. I was obligated to issue a refund (tracking number was provided). The tracking number was not updated until today. Product was shipped on April1. Tracking number states product was delivered on April 3. Not only am I out the funds, I am also out the product. There probably isn't anything I can do because it comes down to a he said/she said. I don't think that eBay policy is fair to the seller.
