Item wrongly listed as a toy
Hi, I purchased a toy for my Grandson but when it arrived from China it states on the box ‘Not a toy’. I asked to return it for a refund but the system wants me to pay for the returns label. Postage to China would cost me too much. I complained to seller asking for a prepaid returns label and a full refund but all they keep offering me is to keep the item and a 30% refund. The item is no good to me so I want a full refund, What can I do next please.

Mentor2 years agoIf you opened a return request, to your request and click 'ask us to step in'.
If you have not opened a request, go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or the money to pay the return shipping. If he doesn't, or says he can not, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
Usually I would say ask for a call form customer service to explain that you need the seller to send the money for the return shipping, but call volume is so heavy right now it is hard to get into the queue. If you can wait until after Christmas, then I would call after asking them to step in.
When did you receive the item? If you have opened a return, when did you do that?
