I've been an eBay seller since 2001 (over 11,400 reviews) and they've recently restricted listings for items over $500, stating that I have to appeal before I can list them. I've submitted an appeal and haven't received a response. Where can I contact them to find out the procedure firsthand?

You should have received an email from eBay in regards to the $500 limit. This is NOT an account limit but a limit that is being applied due to the changes on import tariffs.
In order to maintain shipping performance standards in light of recent legislative changes in the USA, your listings will cease to be permitted according to our policy:
