I ordered an item from a seller who has great feedback. I knew when I paid that item won't arrive until Nov. 29 through Dec 11. This is a 7 week wait. Will eBay still help me to request assistance from a seller if I must wait this long? Do I have more than 45 days to request a refund or assistance from eBay should there be a problem with the item?
