item withdrawn but ebay still wants payment

Question

bid on a cr. buyer withdrew car before auction was over. wrote that he could not sell at that price. ebay keeps emailing me to pay for car but seller will not respond. AI is no help and i do not know what to do. i need to speak with a person but cannot get one. any ideas?

@singl_8800 Vehicle sales are non binding and either party can walk away from the sale. Just ignore the messages from eBay.
