Item with multiple color choices. Buyer didn't indicate which choice
I listed items with multiple color choices. Buyer paid for 2, but didn't indicate color choices. I msgd twice and have not received a reply. This isn't covered in any help from ebay and the chat bot for my issue is useless.
What do I do??

You did not list the item correctly, you needed to list as multi quantity with variations so the buyer could choose the color at the time of purchase.

Can you pull the buyer's contact information and call them?
