Item with 2 year warranty failed and seller no longer on Ebay.
Hi, I purchased an item from a seller that offered a 2 year warranty in march. i had a problem with the item and the seller is no longer on Ebay. How do i get a refund thru ebay for this item that failed. I have tried everything that Ebay says to do in the help section but the options in the drop down menus arent there for this item. thank you, Don

Mentor1 week agoPass 30 days ebay can not help and does not get involved in warranty issues. If under a 180 days your payment processor may be able to help. Otherwise, it is between you and the seller and/or the manufacturer.
What type of item is it?
