Item wasnt send, seller doesnt have it anymore, What to do?
I bought the item a month ago, and since then there has been no information about shipping. After a month, I wrote to the seller asking if they had shipped the item. They stated that they actually no longer have it and will not send it. I wrote to them to refund the money, but they said that eBay has the money and I have to handle it myself. I can't request a refund until January 21st. What else can I do?
