Item wasn't eligible for international shipment
An item was shipped but later I received a message from eBay that the item (toy cowboy gun) was not eligible for international shipment. Tried finding a way to directly ask a question of eBay but can't find it. Want to know why I haven't received the item back nor received any type of compensation.
