OP5 months agoI used to the chat to request to speak to a real person. They called me back on my phone. I was very frustrated at first, but eBay came through.

Important, select "Suspicious seller activity"
then "Other"
Explain that the seller is using fake tracking numbers
Include these phrases
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.

Did the seller upload a tracking number on your order?
Does that tracking number show delivered, but you didn't get anything?

OP5 months agoI finally got eBay to call me back and the case was reversed in my favor. It was clearly an error. This was the delivery proof that the original decision was based on. I ordered two 27 gallon storage bins.
