Item was sold and delivered weeks ago but was not marked as delivered.
UPS website shows it was delivered. How can I get this fixed and get credit for delivery?

Did you add the tracking number to the order?
-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.
The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.

If the tracking number is already on your order, click on the tracking number in eBay until you reach UPS website, that will often update the tracking on eBay.

You will get paid even if it never shows delivered. Usually after 31 days.

Is the tracking number showing on the Order Details?

OP2 weeks agoI click the tracking on Ebay and it's stuck on 'out for delivery'. I enter the tracking number on the UPS website and it shows finished delivery.
