Did you provide a prepaid return shipping label in order for the buyer to easily return the wrong doll?

How did the "postman"/mail carrier make the mistake since you are the one to put shipping labels on packages?

Just be aware that buyers are not required to return items sent to them in error.

I'm confused about how the postman was able to put a $150 item in the package instead of the $15 doll. Could you please explain?
