Item was shipped to the wrong address and seller will not answer me back.
I purchased an item and the money come off my account but I didn't hear from the seller for days so I reported it as item not received. The seller messaged me back and apologized for the late response and that I'd have to close the item not received action. So I did. He then said it would take about 20 days for me to receive it. It was delivered October 28th to a totally different address in a different state. The seller won't respond at all and I can make an item not received claim because I had previously made one. What do I do?
