Item was shipped to authenticator over a week ago, stuck on pre-shipment with no tracking info
I purchased a pair of sneakers on March 28th, and the seller shipped them out on March 30th. The order details page claims that they were shipped, but the tracking page says that it's still preparing shipment. I'm not sure if a tracking number is normally visible to the buyer when an item gets shipped to an authenticator, but there isn't one despite it saying a tracking number was provided. It's April 8th now and the estimated delivery time is between the 6th and the 11th, but i'm very confused as to why the tracking information hasn't updated.
