Item was shipped, but buyers account was weird
I sold an item, was told by Ebay it was paid and to ship. I did that. Then i get an email saying they had a problem with the buyers account so for me to not ship the item. If i had i was to contact the mail, too late, its already in transit.
So what does this even mean? Sounds like i am out an item and also the payment + the shipping.
What can i do ?
