Item was shipped and UPS said they discarded box ?

Question

I shipped an item on Ebay, using the UPS label option to purchase.

Customer sent me a message saying no reciept, and wants the $150 back.

When I click the ups tracking, this is what I get :

"All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender"

I went on UPS to file a claim, and says I need to check with Channel partner? So I do I file a claim, or get my product/money back?

And since it was UPS that so graciously handled my package, what happens if I get a neg feedback.

Please help

@lauren_n_justin Sorry that happened. You do need to issue the buyer a full refund and then fight it out with UPS. See this post by a fellow mentor with screen shots on how to file a UPS claim>
