Item was shipped and received but I was not paid

Question

How do I contact eBay and provide the proof thst the buyer received the merchandise? Because eBay has not paid me and is still showing that the package is not delivered. I tried giving feedback, I have looked for a number and I have tried to see how to contact a live agent. Can someone please assist?

That sounds frustrating. Here is how to see when you will get paid:

SHORT VERSION

There are a couple of steps the money goes through.

- Processing

- Payment Holds (if any)

- Payout, which happens automatically after any holds.

Once you are established on eBay, the money will reach your bank account in a couple of days.

New sellers usually need to wait until delivery to get paid.

Even if tracking doesn't show delivery, you will get paid about 30 days after expected delivery.
