Item was sent and is lost
Hi 🙂 I was wondering if anyone knows what I can do, I can’t get help through eBay at all!!! I sold an item, printed their label, shipped an envelope. It says shipped and then no other info. It’s lost. The buyer requested a refund. It was given. But now shouldn’t eBay owe me for the shipping cost and the cost of the item that is lost? Isn’t there insurance for that so I get reimbursed for the lost item? 🤔🤷ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸ any help appreciated!!!

Mentor1 year agoYou used the eBay standard envelope which has special rules and claims procedures.
