Item was removed for hate
I posted items on ebay that are king and country figurines that contained WW2 German figures including the flag of the nazi. This was removed based on hate. I searched ebay and found several listings of the same figurines.
I dont understand the removal of this item and who can I contact at ebay to appeal or clarification?

Mentor5 months agoThese are not allowed on ebay. The others will be caught or reported soon enough. Do not relist them.

Confederate flags are on ebay, is this considered hate?

FYI, no where on the list does it state feelings? Hate?
But, it's okay.

eBay doesn't state that you can't list items that are historical. They say you cannot list certain items (that may happen to be historical). Confederate flags are also not allowed.

You don't know who reported your item. It could have been any of millions of members or it could have been caught by a bot when eBay was scanning items for policy violations. You are free to report listings you find that violate policy and haven't been caught by eBay yet.
As a user, it doesn't matter whether you agree with the policy or not...you just have to abide by it.
