Item was purchased through Facebook Marketplace and I forgot to delete its listing.
Someone just purchased my Nintendo Switch. I forgot to delete the listing for it because I sold it through Facebook Marketplace months ago. How do I tell the buyer this and refund them?

Mentor10 months agoYou will need to use the buyers contact information on their feedback page to let them know about the problem. Then you need to cancel the purchase using the reason "Out of stock or damaged". You will receive a defect on your account and the buyer will probably leave you negative feedback.
