Item was purchased. No longer have the item

Question

I thought that I had removed a listing. However, it looks like it stayed up and someone purchased it. I no longer have the item to sell them. How do I proceed?

Hi @kylmcclur-7 you'll have to cancel the order, for reason "out of stock." EBay will automatically send the buyer a full refund as part of the process. Send the buyer a separate message apologizing for the error; remember the buyer can still leave you feedback.
