item was previously sold
I sold an item locally and cancelled the listing on eBay. weeks later I got a notice it had sold and sent a shipping label. I have tried several ways to remedy this and now I have received a notice that my item is tardy in not shipping. Every way I have tried to contact eBay it just sends me back to the same starting screen!
