Item was picked up but Ebay says ship
I sold an item for pickup only. The item was picked up by the purchaser, but Ebay is still instructing me to print a shipping label and ship the item. What can I do to let Ebay know that the item has been purchased and picked up by the seller?

Mentor3 years ago@af4185 aside from the great advice from @rfmtm next to the sold item, click on the drop down menu and click on 'mark as shipped' (something along those words)

Mentor3 years agoIf buyer selected Pickup, then they are supplied with a code to bring with them to confirm the pickup. This is what marks the item as delivered. Ask the buyer for the code and manually input it.

OP3 years agoI had not done a pickup sale before, so the buyer and I just communicated through messages. The item is long gone - it was sold on 12/22, so we can't do the code. Thank you so much for the excellent advice! I will definitely be more careful in future!
