Item was offensive according to EBAY
I had a vintage hat pin that was for the band “Black Maria†posted on my account and today I received an email saying that they had removed it because it was offensive - it’s an enamel pin that’s yellow with black letters and it only has the letters that spell “Black Maria†in black font…..it’s not a big money maker by any means. Is the word “black†not allowed now? I’m asking for future posts. And I see real “offensive†items on eBay all the time why would mine be a priority to remove?

By any chance was your pin related to Black Maria tobacco instead of a band?

Usually I can tell why something was removed, I am a bit stumped on this one.
The word Black can be used on eBay.
If you want to copy the title and post the image here I can try to help figure it out or advise you how to appeal.
In general, I do not ever relist an item, even when it is incorrectly taken down (it happens to all of us), but I do always like to figure out what caused the bot to be confused.
