Item was not received
I placed an order as a guest on 2-14-25. I had never ordered on ebay before. It had not arrived by April and I thought perhaps that I had thought I placed the order but had just looked at the item. So in April I place another order. The seller had a different name. The April order never arrived. About a month later I went through the process of contacting the seller with no reply. (Both the Feb. and the April order has been charged to my credit card. ) Ebay checked with the April seller but no reply, so they issued a refund which I appreciated.
Now the Feb order seller was listed as rumur4444 from Pakistan. I failed to notice the seller was in another country, if it was listed. I am not worried about the additional $18. However, I am concerned that some fraud is happening when I place two orders and never received either.

Since the purchase you made in February is no longer covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you will have to dispute the charge through Paypal or your funding source, depending on how you paid for the item.
