Item was not mint and seller rude when contacted
Today I received an item that was listed as mint and unopened
I contacted the seller and was called a liar
I took a pic of listing and sent them. They said a picture is worth a 1000 words.
Since then they have threatened to report me to eBay. Saying I was wrong for complaining about a 3.00 order which they didn't factor in shipping. Saying I threatened their reputation over 3.00.
I paid for a mint condition item which was a gift.
How can hey report me for contacting them about them misleading me

The seller is blowing smoke.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
