·3 years agoOpen a Return Request on your Purchase History to the right of the item. Even though it is just a box, tracking shows it was delivered so you open a return request NOT a refund request. If the seller wants the box back (probably not), you are to receive a prepaid return shipping label. The seller has four full days to respond to the case. If no response, return to the case details under Canceled Invoices and click on Ask eBay to Step In. eBay will force a refund.
