Item was not delivered, eBay refuses to refund and closes the case
Hello, I ordered an expensive book from ebay. The tracking number was not showing whic courier company should deliver. I did not receive the book - contacted seller, and contacted ebay - they closed the case claiming the status is delivered. I re-contacted the seller - they told me to contact ebay - wich i cant do.
How can I get money back?
