Item was not delivered - despite email saying it was
I ordered an item on ebay and the tracking said it was delivered but Iwas home all day and waiting for it but it did not arrive the day it says it was delivered. I bought it as a guest on ebay (first mistake) and now cannot reach the seller and any attempt to contact ebay have failed due to it being purchased as a guest. I have tried the phone # for ebay and just get directed to the same unhelpful articles. I need to talk to a live agent for ebay - does anyone know a way to contact them and actually talk to someone. End of story I believe this was a scam account and since ebay has a Guarantee I would like to try and get my money refunded.
