How do i get a refund on a item the seller send to the wrong address. I went to the post office and they informed me the address on the package was not my address. The seller doesn’t want to respond and ebay is taking the seller side. This plat form really doesn’t care about the buyer if sellers are not going to be responsible for sending an item to the correct address!!

Mentor1 year agoYou need documentation from the post office that the tracking number does not match your address. File a copy of this when you appeal your not received case.
If ebay does not resolve this then file a case with the payment processor with this information.
