Item was not as described, dysfunctional on arrival

PSVita I ordered has an unresponsive thumbstick, seller is t-garage, I messaged them to see if they could possibly help me out since it's their product but they didn't respond to me. I've emailed them twice with no response. I tried to start a return with eBay, but apparently they can't find the order with the provided order number. It's honestly a 8$ fix but I paid~$140

Go to your Purchase History, https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/v2/purchase find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

If the item is not in your Purchase History, you could have purchased as a guest:

Find the email with the subject line starting â€œOrder Confirmedâ€.
Select View order details.
Choose Return item.
Select your reason for returning the item.
Select Next.
If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
Select Confirm return.
