Item was never shipped I want a refund!
So I purchased item and the total was $82.95. The seller has never provided tracking information and has not responded to any messages about shipping the item. I took a look at his feedback and see that this isn't anything new about him. I want a total refund! How do I get Ebay involved and get this matter settled?
