Item was never delivered my refund request was closed not in my favor there is no proof of delivery
No proof of delivery no signature no photo address is a business office with a secretary the tracking number says delivered 3 wks after original ETA opened an inquiry seller has never made contact even after several attempts to reach them and then posted another delivery tracking number with an even earlier arrival date that has passed too how do I go about getting my money that eBay has helped me to be fleeces out of
