Item was delivered. Confirmed delivered by USPS. Buyer states he didn’t receive it. He wants a refud
Do I need to refund buyer if item was delivered. And he says he didn’t get it?

Mentor2 years ago@kden2020 No. If the tracking shows delivery to the buyer then your job is done. If they file a not received refund request respond in the case with the tracking that shows delivery and you win the case.
