Item was delivered but the postman didnt scan and I can't get paid
I contacted buyer which he said it was delivered. I paid for signature and insurance to cover item. Some how the package got delivered and the postman didn't have the guy sign for package. Now my payment is in limbo.

You will still get paid, about 30 days after the original expected delivery.
That said, you can also file for insurance with USPS. That may motivate them to go back and get a signature for you.
