Item was delivered But ebay made refund to buyer
Hi!
I hope some could help. I sold an item but due to international shipping in the busy December month the delivery was delayed.
The buyer was impatient and opened and case for non delivery.
I informed both buyer and eBay via the case about the delay. But the case was decided in favor of the buyer.
A day later the tracking showed delivery with the buyer.
I appealed the case referring to the tracking number that showed delivery but still I lost the case.
I contacted eBay many times after. But they always tell me they will solve it for me and send a manual refund but the never do.
everytime I get an email response eBay tells me the tracking number does not show delivery but it really does on every tracking website I use.
after contacting eBay about 10 times my conclusion is they tell you they will help but they don’t.
ebay personal confirms delivery via chat but later I get an email package tracking does not show delivery.
ebay promises manual refund but doesn’t give it.
ebay clearly doesn’t check anything only want to send automatic responses.
So now I don’t have the money or the item I sold.
