Item was Defective, Seller Refused Return, Ebay refused as well
I purchased an item that turned out to be defective. Even though seller states no returns, I believed I ws covered by Ebay's policy on defective merchandise. However Ebay closed the case.
SO I am left with something that doesnt work? What value is the Ebay protection policy?
