The item was shipped and packed while but arrived with damaged. What do I as the seller do?

Mentor9 months agoHave the buyer file a Refund Request. You can approve the return and you either provide a return shipping label or issue a refund without requiring they return the damaged item.

Have the buyer provide pictures of the damaged item along with the packaging to help you file a claim with the shipping company.
