Item was broken and wasn’t disclosed in the auction.
Hello yall, I won a auction of a PSP and after I won it the seller messaged me that it was broken and if I wanted to refund which I said yes, and when I try initiate the refund process it says i gotta wait till a couple days to start a refund and the seller says he gonna see what he can do. What should I do in the meantime.

-Did you pay for the item? If yes then ask the Seller to Cancel the transaction. Trust me, it is an easy process for Sellers to do that.
-If you have not paid ask the Seller to cancel the transaction ... again, it is an easy process for Sellers to complete.
-If you paid and the Seller is still telling you they are going to "see what they can do" then here is what to do ... ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.

You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
