Item used to test machine, then rturned
I have sold multiple Joysticks for Mobility Scooters, buyer uses joystick to test their machine, then starts a return. Always uses item not as described. I resale same item no issues. EBAY sees this as item not as described, then penalizes seller for, too high percentage of sales not as described. 5% gets added to final value fee. Seller is then out postage go-ing too buyer, then EBAY charges 5% because buyers use items to test their machines. There should be a way to control this issue

Mentor1 year agoI would add that buyer's user ID to your blocked bidder list so s/he can't continue doing this to you.
