Item under warranty, seller keeps fobbing me off.
Item under warranty, seller keeps fobbing me off, despite doing all their requests.
Can't get ebay to step in as over the 30 / 90 day period.
How can I get this resolved when seller is being like this.

Is the seller an authorized reseller of the product you purchased? If so you can work directly with the manufacturer of the product. All you need is proof of purchase.
However, most items sold on eBay are NOT authorized by the manufacturer, and therefore have no warranty from them.
Some sellers may have a warranty stipulated in their listing. Do you have the item number for the purchase in question so we can take a look?
Other than that, the only return options you have are going to be from either the seller if they are willing to honor a warranty they have stated on their listing, or have to go through your method of purchase to see if they can help you recover your costs that way.
